Fair Fees are Fair to the client, fair to the staff and fair to the Owner!!
I must say that I am more impressed today than even two weeks ago with the Fair Fee Solutions software and talk about it regularly with other practice managers that I encounter.
I am hoping that I can convince others in my area to purchase this software as well and put it to use. I envision each practice actually getting their prices to where they should be
and possibly eliminating the issue of clients who choose their practice on costs vs service.
I also finished my projections for 2007 based just on the number of services delivered in 2006
and stand to generate an additional $200,000 this year.
I can’t wait for this year to progress so I can see the results and see if I am correct.

I purchased Fair Fees in October 2006. My office manager input all the data and it was implemented within 2 weeks.
I paid for the entire program in less then 1 month. Not only did it help me in understanding prices,
for the first time my staff understood our prices. In January 2007, I was able to put in a bonus program for my staff due to Fair Fees.

I have actually seen this software and it is impressive. You input your own costs for staff and doctor salaries, drug costs and equipment costs and the program uses this information
along with internal parameters about the time it takes to perform certain procedures and some other information to set fees in an logical manner.
There may be some fees you later want to increase because of added value perception to the client or some you feel you just can't support because of price shopping in your area,
but at least you have intelligent information about what you are doing based on the specific costs of your practice.
It is worth purchasing the software. And I don't get paid for this little commercial. I just really liked the software.

For 2005, my practice was up 15% due to Fair Fees. It will pay for itself in any practice.

I just wanted to thank you for your help and to let you know I have implemented my new fees. I had a staff meeting last week and showed them the program and they were enthusiastic
about it and getting paid what we deserve. I have never had a price increase go over so well and they want me review it in 6 months and increase again if need be.
