| 1/16/2008 • DVM Manager has the capability to retrieve email addresses for your clients in order to send client communication materials. To do this, you will need a Marketing Module search available thru our DVM Manager website.
To download the file, simply right click on the .dsd file name below and left click on copy. Then right click anywhere on a blank spot on your PC desktop and left click on paste. The file is very small and should take less than a minute to download. Once you have downloaded the file, you will need to make it available thru your Marketing Module list. To import a downloaded marketing module request, please refer to the "Import Marketing Module Searches" document. After obtaining the email addresses from your database; you can copy them into your email editor and attach whatever type of client communication you wish. DVM Manager now offers internet-based training called Webinars. Webinars are one hour training sessions conducted via your high-speed or dial-up internet connection. For $95.00, an unlimited number of attendees per clinic can participate in these focused training sessions. We are currently offering sessions targeting a wide range of topics. In addition to these sessions, we also offer customized webinar training to fit your practice needs for the same $95.00. Class sizes are limited, so we encourage you to reserve your seat today!

DVM Manager offers software support for those practices under Software Assurance Plans on weekdays from 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM Your Local Time and on Saturdays from 10:00 AM until 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, excluding national holidays. If you have a question outside of our regular office hours (9:00 AM EST to 7:00 PM EST) but within your regular support hours, please call and leave a message at (800)827-2243 to be answered by an on-call technician at no additional charge. You can also contact our support department via e-mail at support@dvmmgr.com.
We also offer 24 hour Emergency Support. Emergency Support is billed to your credit card at a rate of $30.00 per 15 minute increment with a $30.00 minimum charge. To contact Emergency Support, call our toll-free support line at (800)827-2243 and follow the instructions to leave an emergency message. Leave your name, your practice name, and the area code and phone number where you can be reached. Please have a credit card number available to expedite the process. An on-call technician will return your call promptly to assist you.
