DVM Manager Services

DVM Manager is about more than just software.  Our people are dedicated to serving our users in every way we can.  We offer many services ranging from implementations to advanced ongoing education.  We encourage you to read about what we can do for you and to please contact us if you have any questions.

Implementations
In order to ensure a smooth transition to DVM Manager, our implementations team works with you from the very beginning.  Our goal is to ensure that when you start using DVM Manager, you will have everything you need, all the pieces will work together, and you will know how to use them. 

Conversions
Data conversions are crucial to ensure the success of a transition from another practice management system to DVM Manager.  We have years of experience converting data from the following software packages:

Configuration
Hardware Services Using Butler Animal Health's private label PCs and laptops, DVM Manager users can reap the rewards of performance PCs and Laptops without the cost of a "name brand." The PCs and laptop use Intel motherboards and Processors and are back by Butler's own SWAP warranty. These systems have been specially tailored to work with the current DVM Manager software as well as the new Companion and Triple Crown software. In addition to with the hardware purchased from Butler the same tech support staff that you call for your DVM Manager software issues can also assist in the troubleshooting and repair of your system. If you have equipment that was not purchased from Butler Animal Health Supply, you still may be eligible for hardware assurance (repair of your system would be covered under any manufacturer's warranty or time & material charge).

Training
DVM Manager strongly encourages that each of our users participate in training sessions.  This training can either be provided for you on-site or you can travel to our offices.  We have a staff of well-qualified and knowledgeable trainers that can make the transition to your new system smooth and painless. 

Not only do we provide initial start-up training, but we also provide advanced training for those practices wanting to get the most from their system.  This can be provided either by sending a trainer on-site, traveling to our offices, or by attending User Seminars which are discussed further in the following section.

User seminars are a great way to provide you and your staff with additional education about how to use the DVM Manager system to more efficiently and effectively run your practice.  We offer both basic and advanced classes for small, mixed and equine practices.  Prices are very affordable and seating is limited, so contact us as soon as possible to sign up!

Webinars (Internet Training) (view calendar)

DVM Manager now offers internet-based training called Webinars.  Webinars are one hour training sessions conducted via your high-speed or dial-up internet connection.  For $95.00, an unlimited number of attendees per clinic can participate in these focused training sessions.  We are currently offering sessions targeting a wide range of topics.  In addition to these sessions, we also offer customized webinar training to fit your practice needs for the same $95.00.  Class sizes are limited, so we encourage you to reserve your seat today!
