Important Information:
- You MUST be running Internet Explorer version 5.x (32-bit) or
higher in order to login to our Demo Server. You can obtain
the latest version of Internet Explorer
here.
- If the Connect button is grayed out, refresh this page by
pressing F5 on your keyboard or selecting Refresh from the View menu of
your browser. At that point, if you are prompted to install
'Remote Desktop ActiveX Control', do so. It may take a few
moments to install. When finished, the page should refresh and
the Connect button should be available.
- If you are running Windows XP Service Pack 2 or Windows Server
2003 Service Pack 1, you may see a
message such as the following in the top of your Internet Explorer
window:

If so, click the message and select 'Install ActiveX
Control...'.
- If the Connect button remains grayed out, you may need to adjust
your 'Download Signed ActiveX Controls' setting. To do that,
go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options, then click the
Security tab. Click the 'Custom Level...' button and scroll
down to the 'Download Signed ActiveX Controls' section and set it to
either 'Enable' or 'Prompt'. Click OK on the open dialog boxes
and reload this page.
- 800 by 600 is the recommended screen size for optimal
performance. It is also recommended that before you click the
'Connect' button that you first set your browser window to Full
Screen by pressing F11 on your keyboard or going to the 'View' menu
and selecting 'Full Screen'. You can turn off 'Full Screen'
when you are finished with the demo by pressing F11 on your keyboard
again.
