What's New at DVM Manager

In February 2011, ImproMed, LLC joined the Butler Schein Animal Health group. During that process, ImproMed acquired DVM Manager and it is with great pleasure that we welcome its existing users into our family. This is an exciting time and we want you to know that we will continue to provide you with the best products and services in the industry.

With the merger of the DVM Manager software into ImproMed, we will be concentrating our efforts on assuring the current DVM Manager product is stable, while also introducing new integration partners. This action will lead to a greater software progression through partnerships with companies such as lab machines, reminder services and more.

While your DVM Manager support staff will stay the same, our goal is to enhance the Support Department to reflect the standards that we have developed, and has landed us #1 by our customers in Customer Satisfaction for the past 4 years in the American Animal Hospital Association’s Trends magazine.

Being an ImproMed family member also entitles you to the exclusive and exceptional benefit that we have given to other ImproMed family legacy products; customers current on their software support are entitled to receive the latest software, equal to their current system, at no cost. Meaning, when you choose to upgrade from DVM Manager to Infinity, you will receive the ImproMed Infinity software free of charge.
